Lauren left school to pursue her passion for beauty therapy at college and has been working in a salon since the age of 16, starting as a Saturday girl. She then transitioned to a role as a spa therapist, where she gained extensive experience in massage. Having dreamed of owning her own salon since childhood, Lauren is thrilled that her dream has become a reality, allowing her to work alongside her best friend.

Ellie has always dreamed of creating a beauty salon where everyone feels truly special and leaves as the best version of themselves. Together with her lifelong best friend Lauren, she's turned that dream into reality with Glow.
With over 5 years of experience working in top-end salons across Shrewsbury and a collection of beauty qualifications under her belt, Ellie brings a deep understanding of what clients truly want from their treatments. She can’t wait to welcome you to Glow and make you feel pampered and confident!

Meet Nikki, our Reiki Master. Reiki is a Japanese holistic healing practice that involves channeling universal life energy for the wellbeing of individuals. Clients remain fully clothed while they either lie down or sit comfortably. I then place my hands a few inches above their body, creating a nurturing atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural healing processes.
